Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

We value your business as a customer! We really hope that what you purchased satisfies your needs. There are no returns or exchanges at WestGame; ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. Each product is meticulously handled and inspected, therefore no item will ever be sent out with a defect.

Please be sure about your purchase before placing an order. We are certain that you will not be disappointed with our products!

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. All returned items will be subject to restocking fees and all freight charges, including freight to and from your location.

While most WestGame's items have substantial delivery costs, WestGame may withhold its real shipping expenses from your refund, regardless of how much the consumer paid for shipping. Refund processing can take up to 5-7 days in all circumstances. More details about our return policy are provided below.

 

YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE EQUIPMENT IS DELIVERED TO YOU TO RETURN THE EQUIPMENT FOR ANY REASON; ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE BY US IN WRITING; ATTEMPTED RETURNS FOLLOWING THE 7 DAYS PERIOD OR WITHOUT OUR PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REJECTED; AND CERTAIN ITEMS,

 

Only products that are unopened and in good condition in the original packaging may be returned. In addition to a 25% restocking fee, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Orders with customisation incur an extra 5% cost (painting, welding, etc). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

 

ITEMS THAT CAN’T BE RETURNED

 

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

1) Any machinery that has been installed, whether by us or you.

2) Products that are damaged or defective and have been replaced for free with the same thing.

3) Promotional things that were given away without charge.

4) Any item(s) with a price of $50.00 or less.

5) Returning items without first receiving written consent from WestGame

6) Products returned more than 7 days after you received them.

7) Items that are being attempted to be returned freight collect.

8) Any loose fill surfacing material, including rubber mulch, wood mulch, and others.

9) Shade products, both free-standing and those built into play systems.

10) Any purchase order for goods that isn't a typical purchase. A bench without a frame as an example. Request details via email.

 

CANCELLATION

There are numerous causes for cancelling orders. No questions asked, your order may be cancelled if it hasn't been processed. Order cancellation is not possible via email or message. Prior to receiving a cancellation number, an order is not deemed cancelled. Orders are typically completed within the first 24 hours of payment, occasionally in less time. Because we cannot halt a shipment and shipping expenses are not refundable, please be sure about your order before placing it as some orders ship the same or the following day. On all purchased equipment, there is a 25% restocking fee after the order has been finalized.

A minimum 25% cancellation fee applies to orders that are cancelled after any custom work (painting, welding, etc.) or after they have been loaded onto the delivery truck.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom products, for example, cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have any queries or issues regarding your particular item, do get in touch.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

WARRANTY

WestGame does not personally guarantee any of our products. Each manufacturer offers a warranty on its goods. These warranties change depending on the brand, item, and material. We go out of our way to ensure that any queries and issues are addressed to the client's satisfaction by the appropriate manufacturer. Contact us and we will send the proper warranty if you would like specific manufacturer warranty information on any product. The publication of warranties on this page is prohibited. Any disputes pertaining to or resulting from the production of the products or their guarantee must be made to the company that produced that particular product.

 

REFUNDS

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
